Shipping Charges

Shipping charges in the United States are determined by the order amount. From time to time, Hipwear offers shipping specials that supersede the shipping fees stated below. All orders shipped in the U.S. are shipped Priority Mail or UPS unless requested otherwise. Orders for some items including items with codes beginning with NP or BG can take up to three weeks as those items are made to order. Actual shipping (Ground UPS) takes on average 5-7 days but fluctuates depending on the item and the season. Although Hipwear stocks hundreds of items in the Hipwear store(s) and warehouse, it is impossible for us to keep all items, sizes and colors in stock. Some items are custom and made to order. Please read item descriptions very carefully before ordering. Finally we can ship via the service you desire when the product has arrived and is available in stock. Shipping time is calculated in business days. Weekends and American holidays are not included. If you order on a Business Day after 2pm your order will start processing the next business day. Ordering with expedited shipping does not speed up order processing, only the shipping service once the item has been processed. There is an additional $15 charge for International orders. All International orders are shipped through FedEx or USPS, unless another service is requested. For special shipping requests, you may E-mail admin@hipwear.com. Please note that any customs transactions will be customer's responsibility.

All orders to APO/FPO addresses are sent USPS Priority Mail. There are no additional fees.

For Express Shipping there is an additional fee of $16. Express Shipping takes 3-5 business days from the time the order is placed. If you would like Express Shipping, please state in the "Comment:" section of the order form that you are requesting "Express Shipping." A Hipwear representative will contact you to upgrade the shipping service.

Please Note: Although your credit card is authorized for your purchase when you place your order, Hipwear will not charge your credit card until your items are shipped. Because credit cards are stored in our system for a maximum of 30 days, if for some reason your order takes longer than 30 days, a Hipwear representative may contact you for credit card information. If your credit card declines, Hipwear will not ship your items and will cancel your order if a new credit card is not provided within 24 hours.
