Returns

At Hipwear we know it takes a lot of faith to spend your money ordering products online, that's why we are happy to accept a return or exchange of your items within 10 days of receipt of your order. Please follow the instructions below before returning an item to Hipwear. Failure to follow the instructions will void the possibility of a return or exchange with Hipwear. Please make sure you understand before ordering that certain items are not returnable. Those items are listed below Hipwear's return instructions and policies.

Return Instructions

1. Email Hipwear for a Return Authorization If the item(s) you ordered meet Hipwear's qualifications for a return, Hipwear will send an email approval (See Return Policies below).
   
   
2. Please print the email approval and carefully repackage your clothing item(s), unopened CDs, videos or accessories in a shipping envelope or appropriate shipping box. Be sure to include your original invoice and indicate which items you are returning.
   
   
3. Ship the items back to Hipwear using a trackable form of shipping and make sure to insure the package for loss or damage. Please note Hipwear does not pay or reimburst for return shipment.
4. Hipwear audits returns once a week on Mondays and will issue a credit or refund within 7 days of the return audit. Note that during Halloween, Holiday and Prom Seasons, return audits and credits may take longer.

Return Policies

1. Halloween Costumes are not returnable for any reason, anytime.
2. Health regulation codes prohibit the return or exchange of used panties or swimwear. Please use panty liner or tissue when trying on.
3. All items returned must be unworn with tags attached
4. Items returned without a return authorization will not be issued a credit or honored for exchange. Items returned beyond the 10 day return/exchange period will not be eligable for a credit or exchange.
5. Sale items are not returnable.
6. Shipping, and handling fees as well as gift charges are not refundable.
7. Items can be returned one time for size.
