Hipwear welcomes orders from outside the United States. We do require that you provide to us the name address and phone number of your credit card company's issuing bank so that we can verify against fraud. Please make sure to comply with the address fields of our online order form so that we can easily read your mailing information.

Shipping Methods and Calculations
There is an additional $15 charge for International orders. All International orders are shipped through FedEx or USPS. For special shipping requests, you may E-mail admin@hipwear.com. Please note that any customs transactions will be customer's responsibility.
US Military
Hipwear supports are troops and appreciate all that they do for our Country. Orders shipped to APO addresses are shipped free using the standard mail USPS.

Customs and Duties
Hipwear does not pay customs or duties on any orders. All customs and duties will be the customer's responsibilities. Please note, Hipwear will not provide refunds for refused packages.

Items Not Eligable
Hipwear will not ship oversized items such as angel wings overseas.

Transit Times
On average , it takes 7-14 days from date of shipment for your package to arrive. Hipwear, however, cannot expedite nor control customs or mail carriers and will not guarantee Arrival of your order by a specific date.

Gift Wrap
For security reasons, Hipwear will not gift wrap packages for any orders outside of the United States including packages sent to APO mail boxes.

Fraud Protection
Foreign orders unfortunately carry a greater risk for fraud than domestic US orders. Although we screen all of our orders for fraud, we take extra measures with orders shipping outside the United States. If you originate an order for shipping outside the United States, be prepared for email communication from a Hipwear representative. Hipwear takes credit card fraud very seriously, and we have several security measures in place to detect fraudulent orders. In addition to checking both the billing and shipping information, we check phone numbers and email addresses for accuracy. Should Hipwear find inaccurate information, a fraud inquiry is placed on the order. Hipwear employs other fraud detection methods as well, and should we discover an attempt to commit fraud, we will report the crime to your local authorities, to the bank, your internet provider, and the credit card company. We have assisted prosecutors on several fraud cases and have helped put would be criminals in jail. If you commit credit card fraud against Hipwear, we promise to do the same to you!
