Canceling an Order

Before ordering an item it is important that you take note of the availability of the item. Hipwear allows a 24 hour cancelation period for most orders. Items ordered for overnight or special delivery services cannot be canceled. Custom items including embroidery, printing, quanity orders for commercial use, or items begining with item code BG or NP cannot be canceled after the 24 hour grace period. By the same token, if an item is backordered from Hipwear or our manufacturers, we will allow cancelation on a per order basis. Those cancelations will be allowed only if the backorder exceeds the availability time included either in: the item description or, the order confirmation email, or In our Help Desk.

1. Email Hipwear To Cancel An Order Email Hipwear to Cancel an order If your order cancelation request meets the criteria above, then please email us for a cancelation. Hipwear will notify you that your order has been canceled out of our system. Hipwear does not charge credit cards until an order ships, so a refund will not be due at that time.
